At GOG, we are on a mission to make games last forever by helping people across generations fall in love with games. We are looking for a Product Manager who can craft and execute a product strategy for discovery of content on GOG.

Responsibilities:

  • Support product transformation in the organisation and be jointly responsible for its success
  • Taking product leadership in the area of marketplace or business partner tools
  • Ensure the achievement of business objectives for the area and actively support the team with their implementation
  • Ensuring that the team works in an interdisciplinary way, using all competencies (business, engineering, design)

Job Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a Product Management role, preferably in the B2C e-commerce/marketplace
  • Demonstrated ability to execute a comprehensive product strategy. This involves aligning product goals with overall business objectives, identifying market opportunities, and making strategic decisions to drive the growth.
  • A track record of successfully leading and managing cross-functional teams (hiring, mentoring, and motivating team members to achieve product goals).
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset (a knowledge of monitoring KPI, use data to inform and make decisions, experience with A/B testing, experience in Scrum methodology)

Pluses:

  • Good understanding of the UX field, ability to empathise with users and understand their needs
  • Understand technological aspects on a level that allows you to make decisions and challenge the status quo
  • Familiarity with the gaming industry and the business models within it
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked on user discovery (search and browse) problem areas before!
