gregoryopera: I'm trying to buy some games using my (Australian) American Express card, but GOG.com keeps telling me the payment failed... I spoke with American Express, and they said they cannot even "see" an attempt at payment, so therefore it must be something on GOG.com's end.

GOG.com customer support are useless - I sent them an e-mail and despite receiving an automated "we received you support request" reply nearly a week ago, I am yet to receive an actual reply...

So yeah, is anyone else having problems making purchases with an American Express credit card?
