PAHNKAPIE: So I ran into a super strange problem... Back in 2016 I must've made this account, and forgot about it. So today I got on and wanted to buy Witcher 3 GOTY because it's on sale. I made a new account, with the same email this one is linked to. Only that account has a slightly different ID tag than my own. On that new account, I bought Witcher 3 GOTY. But now, whenever I try to log into that other account, I just get sucked right back onto this one, so I can't get my game.

What's worse, when I'm in the forums area I'm using this username/profile. But the second I click on "contact customer support" it automatically switches me to that other profile. So somehow I seem to have two profiles I accidentally linked to the same email, and I can't download/play or even see that I bought Witcher 3 GOTY. I snapped a copy of my receipt and order ID# but other than that I can't figure out how to get any more information as I get auto logged into this account. Did any of this make sense? Can someone help? I submitted a ticket but no one has replied to me yet. Will there be a response sometime soon?

It's not possible to have more than one account registered under the same email address.

Possible causes can be, either typo was made during account creation, or your game was just purchased on a different GOG.com account.
