We are very sorry for the delays, we are still overwhelmed, but the situation is getting better and better :)
I have, however, checked your ticket and it seems it's not closed, its status is "new" and it's waiting for being picked up by an agent since Friday (the day it was submitted). We will do our best to reply as fast as possible.
