StrikeFIN: Few months ago reply from GoG support came about 2 to 4 hours after made ticket, now for some reason ticket I've made is already been 1 day without reply from support :/

Yesterday there were some login problems with support page, maybe something to do with this?

if you had issues logging a ticket yesterday, i'd suggest re-entering it today give the service is back online.
