Please try two basic troubleshooting steps first:
1. Restart GOG GALAXY.
2. Add the application to your antivirus' trusted list (and restart GOG GALAXY once again after doing that).

If it still doesn't work, please contact our support and provide us with logs from the application. Logs can be found here: C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\logs

Make sure to shutdown GOG GALAXY first and add log files to archive before sending.
