Clothed indicates that the cursor is not resting on a hotspot in-game. Unclothed indicates a hotspot or something you can interact with in the game :)

InfraSuperman: The voice-acting and lip-synching in the original German version were also pretty damn atrocious.
I am not sure but I don't think anyone was playing the game for the voice acting :P

Also, concerning the missing manual, I think I might have the original CD Version flying around somewhere, at least the german one. Assuming there is a manual provided inside, where could I send it to?

There really wasn't much in the way of usable assets in order to make high quality wallpapers or avatars.
