What browser are you using and what add-ons/extensions do you have enabled in that browser? Have you tried using a different browser?

suomainen: IE 8 and no extensions or add-ons. Didn`t had problems last month.
Could you please try using a different browser? We just had another user who reported a similar problem and completing the order in a completely different browser worked for him/her. Also, if you are on Windows 7, I would recommend upgrading to Internet Explorer 9, btw. :D

suomainen: OK, i`ll try it for just now. But i have Windows Vista SP 2, since my computer is from 2009 and working fine (maybe in 1 or 2 year when i get a new computer i will have Windows 7).

OK, used Firefox Portable and was able to use PayPal.
IE 9 is available for Vista, by the way, in case you are interested :D
