We know you're busy people, but would you like to contribute to an even better GOG? How about taking 5 minutes of your time to make the GOG experience an outstanding one?

Our main goal when designing GOG.com was to create the best user experience in digital distribution ever. Many say we're doing it right, but we want to get even better, that's why we're launching a survey that will help us lead GOG in the way you'd like it to go. Taking part in it isn't required of course, but if you want to have your share in making GOG the best digital distribution service there is (or at least even better than it is right now) and maybe win a free game, devote few minutes of your time to answer couple questions we've prepared. From all users who will take part in the survey, we'll randomly choose 20 who will receive a free GOG game of their choice. Grab a pencil... er, a keyboards in your hands and answer the below questions for a better future for all of us :)

The survey ends on Thursday, October 27 at 11:59 p.m. EDT.

serpantino: Done but no hidden gem this week? ^_^' There's loads of games that've been on GOG for a reallly long time that I'd class as hidden gems. Some have never been on sale.
Hidden Gem promos are every first and third Wednesday of the month. Thanks for completing the survey :)

Arteveld: Question:
Does "direct e-banking transfer" mean stuff like mTransfer in mBank?
Yup.

TomNook: Am I the only one not seeing a survey of any kind?
Make sure you have javascript and cross-site scripting enabled. Or try a different browser.

Davane: One request I have as an avid blogger is that GOG set up an affiliate sales scheme for their games. I tend to write about games a lot, and it is always good to provide examples of solid gameplay and other references to such posts. I would love to be able to support GOG by directing readers and sales, and in turn being able to get some form of support for my hobby and livelihood.
We already have one. Email us at users@gog.com and Galimatias will get you set up. :D

kodeen: "Would you prefer to purchase games in your local currency as opposed to charging always in $USD? "

My local currency is $USD. I don't know how to answer this.
I told TheFrenchMonk that we needed an "I'm American!" option there, but he didn't agree. I'd leave it with "No."

DrIstvaan: Done, but I've noticed under the question about new payment methods, you listed "PayPal", which is already a payment option... so what gives?
I think TheFrenchMonk wanted to see if we'd get a lot people asking for it even though we already offer it. His French ways are inscrutable.

retronewbie: It's not working for me, I press the "Next" button and nothing happens :(
It looks like a number of people with various ad-blocking extensions are having problems. I'd recommend either using a browser without an ad-blocker installed (I don't know about you, but I've never bothered to tart up my install of IE because I never use it for anything), or allowing jotform.com and jotfor.ms domains. That *should* fix it.

Lhademmor: Wow, the maximum games owned you could input was 30+?
I counted and figured out I own 93.
Wow.
If you own more than 30 games, I'd say we have our hooks well and truly into you. ;)

tetrahedron: Will the answers I enter in the survey be anonymized and who will have access to your users' answers? Age and income bracket are things that advertisers love to know about people online ...
That's a good question. We may use the aggregate information ("our average customer is in x income bracket") when approaching partners to sign contracts, and we may even disclose some of the aggregate information publicly if we desire.

We will not share your personal data with anyone outside of the company, although we will be looking over the individual results internally here. We will certainly not say to someone "Hey, tetrahedron makes a bajillion dollars a year and is in your target age market, so here's all of his personal information and please feel free to spam him," or in any other way pass along any personally identifiable information to anyone.
We'll finish contacting the winners of this survey today via email.

Sorry it took so long. The DB was very, very resistant to exporting from the system we used to create the survey. ;__;
