It helps if you address them as "Duke of Bigfixington" or "Earl of Supportshire."

Firek is clearly Earl of Supportshire. Jurij is probably the Boyar of Bugfixski. I don't know the rest of the Support team's nicknames to be able to properly give them their titles. :P
