KilloBass: Hello ladies and gentlemen, I seem to have an issue with the witcher 3 not starting up on my new laptop. it was working fine on my pc but now on my new laptop it seems to not even launch. I press play and the play button greys out for a couple of secs and comes right back. The witcher 3 application doesn't even show up on task manager.
Anyone have a solution?
Laptop Specs
I7 8th Gen
Gtx 1050 ti
12 gb Ram
1 tb Hdd
Windows 10 64 bit
In case the issue still persists, try launching the game directly via game.exe. Launch Galaxy > select the game > press "More" > "Manage installation" > "Show folder". In a new window, enter folder: bin > x64 > right-click on witcher3.exe and select: run as admin.
