wayke: I don't know why there's no Trent Reznor his input would've been nice, NIN sub culture oh well, So much of his music fits into bleak futuristic dystopia.
his Natural Born Killers soundtrack is one of the best "modern" movie soundtracks available. i would like to see how the in-game themes and game soundtrack would've turned out if he had been involved.

When it comes to music, what one person considers awesome, another person will consider noise pollution. So who can say Cyberpunk 2077's music is not that awesome as if it is a fact?

Your opinion is too general and philosophical (Someones trash is another ones treasure). If you like electronic music here in this game, then enjoy. However my opinion is the same and that is that Electronic music here simply sucks as I can't memorize any catchy tune or something which can make it a better experience.
A simple formula here applies that you can make a poll. I can guarantee that people will say that they remember rock/metal music, but can't remember anything else. Some vibes here and there...yes, but not something that makes the experience better in this perspective.

DecTher: Do anyone know what radio channel i have to use to get this japanese song?
The first time i switched radio channel i got this japanese song, but i don't know what channel it was.
body heat radio.
Check out this game guys (Givaway here on GOG mind you!):
Brigador: Up-Armored: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5bp3ivWv7Vs
Pay special attention to OST. Now THAT is THE music I would like to have in Cyberpunk 2077.

For something more to Electro/Retro/Rock music in Cyberpunk style, I will always be fond to this type of music:
Crusader No Remorse / No Regret: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y2xs8pQBcZk
This one, however, does not completely fit to Cyberpunk 2077 universe, but wanted to mainly point that Rock music to your attention.

Cyberpunk 2077 makes so many nods to the 80th-90th culture as well as the whole perspective of the future is based off the 70th-90th vision the future that is really disappointing that they did not go similar route as Blood Dragon did https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8HhFjVtxIf4 which was a huge win for that game (or Fallout games that have a 50th vision of the future with 50th style OST, or Bioshock games, etc.)

Taste aside, I think there's a genuine technical issue with the playlists in the game. While there are many, many more than just 3-4 songs, I seem to hear those same 3-4 over and over again.
Do playlists reset on reloads or when entering vehicles?

Also, I suspect that while there's more than one radio station in the game, all radios in the world are tuned to one particular station unless the player intervenes. That would also explain the high amount of repetition.

Finally, I've said it before, but a custom music folder would massively help this game. While most of the tracks are interesting, being able to add your own music to the playlists that you think suits the theme would be fantastic.

JAD2012: The music in this game is not that good? Really? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XfUo2mPYQ2E

GObonzo: your youtube link is to support the fact that the game music sucks, right?
though we have been mostly talking about the music that is available on the radios in the game, the theme music is definitely not something I would ever listen to intentionally. it sound more like something from a bad Transformers movie trailer than a hard rocking cyberpunk theme.
I listen to the menu music all the time it's such a rocking cyberpunk theme.
