darthspudius: im guessing it'd be too much to import?

Grargar: I bought the book from here in this price. The problem (well, not for me at any rate) is that there isn't a translated Greek version of the Complete works; maybe a partial compilation or yet another rerelease of the Raven or bits and pieces from here and there.
ah, that is an absolute shame. reminds me of a friend i worked with that translated short stories from english to polish for me haha.

garvanell: So - will it come to GoG? I don't even mind when, but IF, even if it means in years.

0Grapher: Have you voted for it on the Wishlist?

Sure, I did. But if you had a closer look, the game is 5-7 times on the wishlist. Anyhow, it might've been that gog is in discussions about this, seems not. I just want to avoid getting it on steam at some time and then seeing it on gog shortly after. Paying more for drm free is fine, paying twice not so much ;).

Regarding LOTR... I never liked the books. I just couldn't get into the writing, and I'm a big fantasy fan having read e.g. lots of R.A. Salvatore.
Oh damn, I might've hurt the troll's feelings now. Moving on... :D

I love the LOTR books but even I struggle with the writing style sometimes. My recommendation is take it a book at a time. Some chapters are easier to read then others. It's a good book to read in a long period of time.
Warner Brothers is here, so maybe the game will arrive sometime soon...in 5-10 years. I thought the game was average at best.

l0rdtr3k: Is that Lisa Lisa from Battle Tendency?

You're a fan of JoJo as well?
Awesome! Do you read the mangá or just watch the anime?

Thanks, I might give it a try again. I'm out of stuff to read.

darthspudius: Yeah Lovecraft is all creepy vibes and weirdness rather than scary. Takes a lot from Poe in influence. I haven't read Shadow Over Innsmouth yet. I have his complete works to go through and I haven't been back to the book in a while.
I count that among my favourite reading experiences, so I encourage you to read that particular tale.

I too have the complete works and it can be a little "heavy" to go and read in order. I started that way, but when I peeked at the stories I wanted to try, I enjoyed the big books a lot more.

Yeah I do that too haha. If the first paragraph gets me I dont put it down. But getting peace to read with three kids doesn't come very often. :P

darthspudius: it has fantastic combat, stealth game play, decent story and some great set pieces. Nuff said.

Crosmando: Go read a book nigga. The game spits upon what is one of the most important pieces of modern English literature. You have shit taste in video games/everything so this isn't surprising!
Is that why you use The Black Speech of Mordor, "so full of harsh and hideous sounds and vile words"?

Thanks for the link, as I was not aware it was there. I would very much like to play this game, and will only do so if it is DRM free, so hopefully GOG will be able to get it someday.
