Hello fellow GoG users I'm sorry for coming here to went
So I bought the deluxe edition of the promise, that the season pass was included and its dlc. 3 days ago they dropped the Snowball dlc, whereupon I realised that we deluxe edition owners didnt get ownership of that dlc. Even though it was promised by The store front. 3 days and the devs are silent without a single explanation to why we the deluxe edition owners would have to buy to access the dlc we where promised

Just checked the store page, seems it should be included. Have you contact support staff? Developers dont normally have anything to do with the store problems.

Edit:

Maybe look in the offline install area in the browser? Sometimes placed under the "more" section of each game.

I Didnt though snow ball dlc is part of season pass and still didnt get ownership for it. A Quick look at the store of season pass u would see that

I Did contact support but this is devs at fault, considering Xbox users also have this issue

I did check for offline installer no dice, waiting for gog support and The game dev to give insight to this fuck up

Well...my math is a little fuzzy, but the more expensive season pass only counts 5 out of the 6 DLC and Snowball is one of those DLC...could be a clue? I assume the 6th DLC comes later, given the nature of a season pass.

Could be wrong though.

Only 2 of 6 dlc is out so far. I got the first one but not the second one, being Snowball dlc

Hi, if you check both pages (the season pass and snowball DLC) they include the following text which would indicate that one may expect the SNOW DAY! - Snowball DLC to be included in the season pass.

"This season pass includes an all-new Ranged Weapon and an all-new Melee Weapon. The Snowball is perfect for all those who mastered the other ranged weapons in the game. Unleash devastating new attacks on enemies and grant powerful supporting effects on your allies."

Ohh...I see. In English 5 are listed. I see 5 my listing. Maybe change the language and see?

Oh and the language setting is on the very bottom of the page :)

Its even showing to be part of season pass if you check the store for season pass at the dlc tab. But its funny how the german guy was on the season pass store front yet didnt bitter to check the dlc it includes
