I used to love this game as a kid. It was the very first game I unlocked all collectibles on, and I'd like to try that again after more than 20 years of playing.
My parents got it for me as a gift and I remember getting home from kindergarten and playing it nonstop. I didn't know I needed a memory card to save games, so I would just complete it all in one sitting every time.
Second game i did own after getting a ps1 for christmas at age of 12.
Still remember Tarzan was a hype that time,
with the little cheap handhelds you could buy.
This was an awsome game for the time,
even if it was a sidescroller.
There was much variation in gameplay and
just very fun in general.
I would love to introduce this game to my kids once if it gets here.

This game was a huge part of my childhood, having spent alot of hours on it, and now it's "infiltrated" my adulthood as well via the rise of speedrunning. I'd love to see it preserved in a modern way like this :)
I can still hear all of the sounds - collecting and throwing fruit, the monkey noises, the music, particularly the death sounds as I was not a great gamer!
But the sense of accompliment once I finally beat it was amazing.
After Croc, this was my next favourite game and my brothers.

It has a simple story line where the hero needs to save Albion from the evil Lord Lucian by collecting together the other three heroes to defeat him. Interactive cut-scenes are a large part of the game however the main character never speaks and all dialogue is uncontrolled.
The game features a large variety of game play and freedom, allowing a player to shape the world around and the characters appearance and moral standing based on decisions throughout the game. Fable: The Lost ChaptersFable was expanded and rereleased as Fable: The Lost Chapters for Xbox and Windows PC platforms in September 2005. The game was later ported to Mac OS X by Robosoft Technologies and published by Feral Interactive on 31 March 2008.
The Lost Chapters features all the content found in the original Fable, as well as additional new content such as new monsters, weapons, alignment based spells, items, armour, towns, buildings, and expressions, as well as the ability to give children objects. The story receives further augmentation in the form of nine new areas and sixteen additional quests. Characters such as Briar Rose and Scythe, who played only minor roles in the original game, are now given more importance and are included in certain main and side quests. Other character-based augmentations include the voice of the antagonist, Jack of Blades, sounding deeper, harsher and more demonic, and the ability to uncover (and resolve) the murder mystery of Lady Grey's sister.
