Story:Dragon Age: Inquisition is a role-playing game and the third main game in the Dragon Age series. It is set in the Thedas continent, the same fantasy world as the two previous games. It consist of two large countries: Ferelden (from Dragon Age: Origins) and Orlais, as well as the land inbetween. True to the spirit of the series the character can be customized for appearance, sex, class and race. The available races are dwarf, elf, human, and Qunari and the classes are mage, rogue, and warrior with three specializations each. To grow the Inquisition experience needs to be earned by completing quests, which allows the player to further define allegiances and pursue romances. A custom party can be defined and each member benefits from experience as it opens up access to better weapons and more abilities. Power points open up new areas and Inquisition points define the influence over the region; each new level provides a perk that benefits the entire Inquisition.Show more

The entire Dragon Age series needs to be here. These are some of the best games ever developed and we need them here for so we don't have to log into EA every time to play.
In spite of the bloated scale and somewhat repeditive gameplay, this game lets you make large sweeping changes to the political and social landscape of the Dragon Age world like no other game in the series, past or future, does. The chaos caused by the rifts allows you to operate with inpunity as Inquisitor across Southern Thedas. Where you plant the flag of the Inquisition, you send out diplomats, spies and soldiers across the south, place those who deserve it or support your cause in positions of power and judge and punish your enemies. This game fulfills the half-kept promise of a large scale conflict from Mass Effect 3, where your actions and presence is felt in the world, rather than just shown as a stat on a screen.
This was my first Dragon Age Game and I personally really like it. The world felt big, I liked the combat animations especially the magic animations, the war room system was cool, overall I liked it. Even though it was challenging for me as a new player to the series, I still had a fun time with the game. I would defiantly buy it again on GOG. DRM free for games is very important to me. I really hope GOG can get this game on their platform.

Like its predecessor, this game also has its advantages and disadvantages, but different ones. The story is poorly thought out. Creatures those actually have nothing in common are thrown into one pot, the "Fade". The advantage is that this time there are huge worlds to travel through, with lots of respawns.

The previous games made the story come alive, but this one made the world come alive. And even though it was on rails, basically, I especially liked that my actions would unlock parts of the world. That it was just a one way street was well hidden in the fact you could unlock a lot of things in the order you wanted it to, even though you would in the end unlock everything anyway. I still have the game on EA from when I bought it on Origins, but the launcher for EA doesn't work for me at all. And with that I don't mean preference: when I download it it just doens't work. Now I have a game I can't play because EA keeps everything behind a wall of greed (your info is their money). I don't mind buying it again here on gog, if that means playing without the EA launcher. By all means, I hate EA. Let's just roll this out on reliable GOG.

Opinions on the Dragon Age games differ greatly, but if I am very honest with myself I think I had the most guilty pleasure with this one. Maybe it's not the best of them all; but it definitely just hit the right beats all the way through. And the last bit of grind was fun over just being a chore. The DLC is great as well. The game just ebs away into the end with some small grinds for fun and then it's just done; game finished and you feel content. No more, no less.
Those games also need your vote!

Discworld II: Mortality Bytes!
Discworld II: Mortality Bytes!Discworld II: Mortality Bytes! is the second point-and-click adventure game based on Terry Pratchett's series of fantasy novels set on the mythical Discworld. The game was developed and produced in 1996 by Perfect Entertainment for the PC, and ported in 1997 for the PlayStation and Sega Saturn. It was published by Psygnosis for the PC and PlayStation, and by Sega for the Saturn (only in Europe). In Discworld II the player controls Rincewind the "wizzard" (voiced by Eric Idle, as in the previous game) who has been burdened with the task of coercing Death out of his impromptu retirement and back into his regular duties. The plot borrows from a number of Discworld books, most notably Reaper Man, Moving Pictures and Lords and Ladies. It all begins in a quiet Ankh-Morpork street, where Rincewind and The Librarian inexplicably fail to die from a nearby cart-bomb explosion. The odd event is not shared by them alone however: occurrences of the newly dead re-awakening and disturbing the populace are being reported all over the city, prompting the Archchancellor of Unseen University to halt his usual activities of feasting and merrymaking, and to take charge of the situation. Much to Rincewind's despair, the entirety of this process involves appointing him to the task of finding Death and convincing him to resume his work.

Discworld
DiscworldDiscworld is a game released for PC (subsequently Mac, and Playstation) by Teeny Weeny / Perfect 10 studios in 1995. The game was released both on floppy disk and CD-Rom. The latter featured a commentary team created of many veterans of famous Brit-Coms. This included Monty Python's Eric Idle, Radio 4's (later to be more famous) Rob Brydon, ex- Doctor Who John Pertwee, 70s pop singer Kate Robbins, and Blackadder star Tony Robinson. The game is a riff on the Discworld title 'Guards, Guards', however many elements of the text have been shifted, not least the inclusion of Rincewind as protagonist. The game featured puzzles which were considered far too difficult and obtuse for gamers of the time, but the game itself has had a lasting legacy, now being accepted into such emulators as SCUMMVM.
