Story:The 10th Anniversary Update brings with it two versions of KI:
The Killer Instinct Base Game will be FREE TO PLAY on all platforms: Xbox consoles (One, Series X|S), Windows PC, and Steam. The free KI base game will feature one free weekly rotating Fighter and Single-Player, Local, and Ranked modes.
The Killer Instinct Anniversary Edition will include all 29 Fighters, and all Premium Content ever released: the VIP Double XP Booster, holiday accessories, and more. This edition replaces the "Definitive Edition," which was delisted upon release of the Anniversary Edition.
The 10th Anniversary Update will go even further, with a few more changes:
- Improved matchmaking. We want to make it easier for folks to find matches quickly, regardless of which platform they’re playing on.
- Optimization for Series X|S consoles.
- Balance updates. That’s right – new meta for Killer Instinct, more than five years after the last adjustments!
The following Mature-rated content included in KI Definitive Edition will NOT be included in the Anniversary Edition:
- Definitive Edition App (featuring developer interviews, concept art, Killer Cuts soundtrack)
- Xbox KI Classic 1 & 2

Killer Instinct: Anniversary Edition is a must for either Killer Instinct fans or fighting fans in general. This is packing so much content it's virtually mind blowing. You get a lot of characters with majority being DLC ones. You get a few modes that have their own unique experiences. Plenty of stages to play for months to years. There's a lot of challenges for the roster as well. Assuming they enable the achievements, there's a few hundred achievements alone!!! You get so many skins for the roster I can't name many fighting games that comes close. This is a truly solid fighting game that properly modernizes Killer Instinct. It's really mind blowing such an fighting game actually exists!!! The soundtrack with the sound effects are really impressive as well. There's plenty of secrets hidden in the game. Also considering the gap from Killer Instinct 2 or Gold, this is well worth the wait.
X-Men: Children of the AtomX-Men: Children of the Atom is an arcade game featuring characters licensed from Marvel Comics. Timed with the popularity of the mid-1990s X-Men animated series, the game incorporates voice actors from the show reprising their respective roles. The gameplay involves one-on-one fighting matches, where players face off against different characters in the game. The ultimate challenge comes in the form of battles against Juggernaut and Magneto.Action
Dead or Alive: DimensionsDead or Alive: Dimensions is a fighting game developed for the Nintendo 3DS. It is the 5th game in the Dead or Alive series and the first to be released on a Nintendo system. Dimensions has 26 playable characters, more than any previous installment in the franchise had to offer, and uses a modified engine of Dead or Alive 4. The story of the game is a brief version of the stories of the previous four main Dead or Alive games. The 3DS's touch screen is used for executing special fighting moves for his or her character, while the top screen is used for displaying the fight.Action
