Story:Samurai Warriors 2 is a hack and slash game and the sequel to the original Samurai Warriors. The gameplay of Samurai Warriors 2 builds on the first Samurai Warriors by adding new characters and new features, such as the removal of the traditional range attacks in favor of the addition of two unique special abilities that differ from character to character. A returning element from the original Samurai Warriors is the Survival Mode. In this mode, the player chooses a character and fights through an endless castle. The game also contains a Sugoroku mini-game as an additional feature. Up to four players can participate in this mode, and each player has to choose a character. This game is so amazing that it's hard to describe, you just have to play it.
The combat is cool and very satisfying, the combos are easy to learn, each character has a very distinct play style, the English voice acting is really good (for me in particular it became memorable, I even repeat the introductions of each character by myself), and the game is not crazy fast like the new versions. I could say good things about it all day long... This game is from an era of easy fun: you start, play for a while (or for hours), have fun, close, that's it. Totally uncompromising, but always fun.
If GOG can fix the aspect ratio by making it 16:9 it would be a blessing, since the PC version was always 4:3 and it was impossible to change. But if you can't fix it, that's okay, the game will still be amazing.
This game and how the whole series took a special place in my heart, an amazing cinematic story, memorable characters, etc., we played with my father for 100+ hours and still don't get bored, this game is very significant for me, left vivid impressions and memories, I hope you will transform this best musou of all time with porting and 16:9 resolution!
I'm playing this game currently on my Xbox 360 and, so far, I'm actually liking this game. The Story is pretty good and combat is fairly challenging. It would be awesome to experience this game on its PC version. If you guys can Include the Xtreme Warriors Expansion, all the smaller DLC, fine tune the camera controls, Have it support up to Ultrawide resolutions, support for multiple gamepads along with Achievements, it would be awesome so that more people can try out this gem of a game.

Replacing the magic system from the previous game are the Void Sword and the Chaos Claws. The Void Sword can replenish Dracula's health when used while the Chaos Claws can be used to break through enemy defenses and deliver powerful attacks. The story mode in Lords of Shadow 2 has been stated to be far longer than the previous one. The game is mainly an open world allowing the player to choose what route to take.
