Developed and published by CI Games back when they were known as City Interactive, this game is a middling quality game in their large stable of budget titles. It's far from perfect, and very short, but it's fun enough if you are happy playing a standard budget FPS from this era. It's not a must-have unless you simply must play every game that this dev house ever made. I liked it, others didn't due to its simplicity and jankiness. When I played it, there was a bug preventing progress past the first level, that I could only get past by re-playing the level a second or third time.
