I'm at the final showdown quest with Bhodi, she attacked me at the entrance to the district then retreated to the catacombs, but the entrance to the catacombs is now blocked. It says "The passage has been deliberately collapsed. It appears that someone doens't want you to come down here"

It says it at the 2 entrances I know of, as shown in the attached picture. Is there another way in somewhere?

Those entrances are supposed to be blocked. You need to go to the chapter 6 entrance (see attached).
