I'm soloing with a f/m/t character. After I choose Shadowthieves over Bohdi, the night vampire encounters kill me in one hit. I have lvl drain protection and stone skin turned on. I haven't taken any damage and then boom! died screen load/quit. The problem is I can't even get a clue what I was hit with because the game is over before I can read anything.

Does anyone have an idea either what is going on, or what I can do to get a clue from the game?

How to protect from this dominate? I assume protection from undead scroll? Does any saving throw apply? Protection from evil? Charm immunity?

Get some potions of clarity. :)

Edit: Also, if you had a divine caster, which you don't, Chaotic Commands is the ultimate protection.
