I was just wondering how long of a game it was, and what your average character's level was at the end. I understand that everyone will be different.

I have no idea in play time. It felt like 20-30 hrs. But I didn't finish everything. I was lvl 7 and 8 when I finished (I think).

As long as you want it to be. Seriously. It's an open world, so roam around, take in the sights, or just plow through the main quest and forego all of the other stuff. It's your choice.

The main plot runs about 40 odd hours if you do literally nothing but that; I did a few sidequests early on and clocked in at about 50 or so. Factoring in sidequests and the TotSC content, that can run you up to another 100 hours on top of that, if Howlongtobeat has it right. Anyway, the exp cap limits each character to 161,000 xp. Whatever level that makes a character max out at varies according to class. There should be an experience chart in the manual that goes into more detail about that, or failing that there should be one on the internet somewhere. I seem to remember that it gets most characters up to about level 8.
