How often do you play humans? When you do, do you usually dual-class? If so, what level?
I once started Baldur's Gate 2 with a Human Ranger who I dual classed into Cleric immediately. I believe this gave her level 7 ranger abilities (enough to get an extra half attack) while being able to advance fully as a cleric (learning Heal much sooner than multiclass Clerics, but not before Jaheira (gotta love the Druid XP table--or hate it once you reach level 14)) and learning all druid spells (except HLAs, but I didn't play that far).
I hear Kensai/Mage is another popular choice.
Also, out of curiosity, did anyone make a mod that implements AD&D second edition racial level limits into the game? (I suspect the answer is no, and that such a mod probably would not be popular if it existed.)
