Anyone who has played with a Wild Mage for any length of time will have encountered Wild Surges, which can produce all sorts of humorous and ridiculous results, which can sometimes cause strange things to happen.

Here's one that happened to me while experimenting (I believe I had stacked chaos shields at the time):
Limited Wish cast
Roll 4 times
Spell cast normally
Spell cast normally
Spell cast normally
Spell cast normally

We now have 4(!) limited wish genies, all ready to take wishes.

(Side note: Did you know that wish genies count against the summon limit?)
