The original is included with the Enhanced Edition. In your game library, click on Baldur's Gate. In the menu, click "more" and then click "serial keys".

It's misleading, but you're missing something. Some games offer their bonuses as a "game goody" or similar, downloaded directly from the extras of the purchased game. With Baldur's Gate EE / Icewind Dale EE, it's a bit different. As jsidhu says, the bonus in this case is a serial key that you can redeem to get the original game. You could also choose to give the serial key to someone else, giving them the original game while keeping the EE for yourself.

It's Actually Good(TM) that they did it by providing serial keys as a "goodie", because some of us buying the EE games already had the originals.

I looked around in goodies and the file folder no serial keys. there is a chtin key file can't open it. is that the one?

Go to "more". A drop down menu will appear, click "serial keys". I've circled the spot where you can find it (first picture). The second picture I've enclosed is the next step. In the blank spot, you will see a link. Copy/paste that into your browser and just follow the instructions.

jsidhu has the expansions, while I do not, so my view looks a bit different from the one shown. Nonetheless, following the instructions posted above, I get to the page that shows the URL to redeem for my account. (Note that even if you get there, you have to solve a CAPTCHA, which is silly and oftentimes broken.) If you're still stuck, you could try contacting GOG support.

When I had to contact them about the broken CAPTCHA (always dies with an error for me, even when solved correctly), it took them four months of going in circles before I gave up. They never did figure out how to fix it, so I still can't redeem. :)

I defenitly don't have anything with serial keys all I have is manuals avatars backup copy and wallpapers.
