I purchased a pair of Glasses of Identification but can't seem to wear them on any of my party. I intended for them to be a supplement/replacement to my main char's (mage) Identification spell. When I click on them they show as a "Personal Item," but when I try to move them to a slot (I assumed the "helmet" slot) or the Quick Item bar I get a "Wrong Item Type" message. Soooo. . . how do you use them? I'd appreciate any advice.

In addition to the advice above, make sure that they are in your inventory when you want to use them, and not in the bag of holding. Also, they can be used by anybody, not just a mage. A bit of a cheese item, really.
