EDIT: Forgot to mention that I relate to the Baldur's Gate 2 Tweak Pack... :D

Mostly just certain cosmetics... like icons, viconia's skin color, weapon animations, and so on.

I reinstalled my BG2 several times going through the list of tweaks, and find it detracts too much from the original... that's just me :).
