In Northside (Watson), next to the big factory close to the sea (see screenshot for map location), a chest with quest items and a quest mark on it has spawned, but I got no related quest and when I open it, nothing happens.

EDIT: This might actually not be a bug, but then I wonder why it shows a quest mark... I thought the exclamation mark was only used for quest-related purpose.
