So I was able to install the 2.3.3 RP manually and even run the game flawlessly until I entered Den. The play area goes entirely black, allowing me to run freely around the blackness but I cant leave the area or do anything else. Anyone have a solution?

Also, I tried a second time installing only the Killap's unofficial patch and high res patch. This time the menu is at correct 1280x800 that I chose but the game itself seems to be squeezed at something like 480x480 with 1280x800 buttons on the bottom :o

Have you followed wine troubleshooting guide in RP wiki?
Blackness is due to some file permissions, I think.

I'm gonna look into that. It may also be because I have sfall disabled due to requiring directx9.

I don't think it requires dx9. But RP won't work properly without sfall, that's for sure.
