Followed 3 guides and none of them work.
Attached a pic of my NV folder and the command prompt's output.

... then you miss something or didn't carefully set-up like it was described.

It's the best guide and after this Fo:NV didn't crushed even once for me.

"Despite its name, nvse_steam_loader.dll is still needed with the non-Steam versions of the game."
