I guess it will be a common feature to see people logging off/ disconnecting from reality/ having the great trip. I find all the deaths of '15 & '16 so far to be quite normal, considering the life span of the human species and the fact that many famous people of today's star system (if i can put it that way) were born in the same decade(s).
