Its been 53 hours waiting on this damn thing and still no support This has got to be the shittest service compared to others. and has no phone support.

+ they're likely getting swamped with other inquiries such as yours.

If you absolutely cannot muster up the patience any longer write somebody from staff a direct message (like https://www.gog.com/u/ponczo_, for example), they will help you in a more timely manner.
