I know GOG is overwhelmed by support requests but 6 weeks is really too long.
I have an account for years, I did not had any "big" games since Cyberpunk I received for Christmas but I had some games (and not only free games).
The moment I added Cyberpunk any login to my account (through website or Galaxy) requests my security code, which seems activated since the begining but just now used.

My issue is : I never receive these security code on my email !

I tried a password reset and achieved it fully, I mean : I received email to reset it ! But once again, never my security codes.

So I requested support the last 28th of december, it's been now 6 weeks !
And I received some automatic answers on my email, one of them explaining GOG had known issues about emails not received but ensuring they fixed it now, so I could try again ... I did it in vain.
Thing is, I cannot follow up my ticket as I cannot login. I asked status by sending a new email but I did not even received an automatic answer that it was received ...

So today, I tried something : I created a new account, I wanted to know if another email would receive security codes and maybe have access to forums here and ask for help.
No game on this new account, security codes activated but never asked (I tried different devices).

So all I can do now is requesting help or advice here.
Can someone please help me ?

Yes I did
I seem unable to reach the 2nd step for verification. It simply won't ask me, even though it's activated.

Sometimes, when it did ask me in the past, I'd always receive an email.

I was going to say that this seems to be a temporary problem, but if it's been going on for 6 weeks, it doesn't seem that temporary.

You may want to get in touch with a GOG Support Rep for some proper help. Try getting in touch with any of the following: chandra, ponczo_, SmollestLight, Baubergine, watvin or crazy_pixie.
Just buy Valheim superior game by far. Made by a beginner indie dev team.

Do you use "gmail"?
If yes, try checking out folder called *All Mail*, if you don't see it click on <More>, if you still don't see it go to Settings > Show All Settings > Labels (check attached).

I had almost the same issue with NOT receiving codes from Twitch for account sign-in procedure. I was furious when gmail all of the sudden decided to mark those particular emails with Ad or Promotional or something like that labels and they were never showed in Inbox or any other folders because all others were hidden by default, so I changed those labels so I can finally get the code emails in my ordinary inbox, but not before I found them all in some god forsaken folder which I NEVER created. It's like the interface was made by aliens for aliens.
