Hi,
I know GOG is overwhelmed by support requests but 6 weeks is really too long.
I have an account for years, I did not had any "big" games since Cyberpunk I received for Christmas but I had some games (and not only free games).
The moment I added Cyberpunk any login to my account (through website or Galaxy) requests my security code, which seems activated since the begining but just now used.
My issue is : I never receive these security code on my email !
I tried a password reset and achieved it fully, I mean : I received email to reset it ! But once again, never my security codes.
So I requested support the last 28th of december, it's been now 6 weeks !
And I received some automatic answers on my email, one of them explaining GOG had known issues about emails not received but ensuring they fixed it now, so I could try again ... I did it in vain.
Thing is, I cannot follow up my ticket as I cannot login. I asked status by sending a new email but I did not even received an automatic answer that it was received ...
So today, I tried something : I created a new account, I wanted to know if another email would receive security codes and maybe have access to forums here and ask for help.
No game on this new account, security codes activated but never asked (I tried different devices).
So all I can do now is requesting help or advice here.
Can someone please help me ?
