He's been waiting a month for a response, that isn't acceptable anywhere.
I could contact, and do, any tiny little mom and pop shop or huge store on the internet, and get a response within a day.
On gog it takes 1-2 MONTHS. Save your beta snark for something else. 4 People already responded with an answer, you are here to do nothing more than antagonize someone that's already pissed off. Like you always do.

KetobaK: Like I always do? Who I antagonize? In most stores you have an automatic answer bot, this problems are simple and you have your answer just with google a little bit. If the support is overwhelmed don't contribute with more simple questions.
