Hello,
When should I be worried about the support not answering? I had several initial answers about my pinatas about a week or two ago asking, which type of refund I would like. Obviously, I answered. As of then I heard nothing from support. Should I just make a ticket again?

i got a refund in credit stores , it took around one week, i don't see why they asked which type of refund you could choose.

since as far i know it could only be credit stores , maybe something different due to this event...

so yes you should be worry and don't create another ticket (it doesn't help) just update the previous answer you get and resend it.

You can remind them about it but not by opening a new ticket, rather by replying to existing one.
... and do check your SPAM folder on the off chance their reply ended up there (though if you've received replies from them already that's not likely).
I've found support to be pretty good recently. They might have gone right ahead with the refund and are awaiting confirmation of the transfer of funds before confirming that to you.

But unless you asked for cash via carrier pigeon that seems unlikely to be the case.
