I had an issue logging into my account that I have had since 2011. System was telling me that account does not exist. I made another account with the same email so that I could post and ask for answers on how to fix this. I cannot access my games that I have accumulated for the last 8 years.

Has anyone ever had this issue and is there a fix for this?

Post a trouble ticket to support on the support page. Include any email address, and if you saved any old receipts, order numbers would be useful to them too. Good luck!
