Ever wonder if a GOG game currently on sale is at its all-time high discount?
Maybe you're like me and occassionally keep track of all-time high discounts from games on your wishlist?
I thought it might be cool and practical to create a thread for users to share such findings with the rest of the community here. ;)

If you know of a GOG game that is currently on sale at an all-time high discount (preferably at a new lowest price ever), please let us know!

Edit: As solseb has pointed out in the comments below, with the base prices of many games often changing, an all-time high discount may not necessarily reflect an all-time lowest price ever. My idea behind this thread was to post GOG games that are at a new best ever price at the time of posting. I added the underlined words above to make this more clear. Sorry about the confusion.

Because there already exists a popular thread about all-time high discounts available through GOG's newletters, I'd prefer that those newsletter discounts not be published here.

Important update: Although I acknowledge that this thread can thrive beautifully without active hosting on my part, I do take immense pleasure in providing an overview list and the occassional friendly reminders when sales approach their end. I would start with the idea that base prices are changing : )
... occasionally a game with an 80% discount will be cheaper than the same game with 90% off.
Maybe we are hunting for the lowest prices here? Or is it the same idea as discount or price?

We are talking, mostly, about 60-70% off and a greater discount which hangs within the first 20 pages as of today https://bit.ly/3UHnA6b which might be a pleasure to check once a week.

Then gogdb.org as mentioned yet you would need a script to show games with the highest discount or lowest price listed.

Your wishlist with games kept for a long time might tell you a lot.

Is the date of your first post within this thread? or the eg start of 2024?

Pretty sure that the idea would be a new lowest price. Er, I'm thinking that best price ever (on GOG) implies no threshold, so at the time of posting the game must be at a new best ever price, must have never been sold on GOG for that same price or lower.

Scarlet Hood and the Wicked Wood - Deluxe Edition --- insane new ATH discount of -90% (before -80%, usually around -60%),
till May 22nd

Throwing these percentages around doesn't sound like much difference. But in absolute prices, -90% is HALF the previous ATH (-80%) and a QUARTER of the usual discount (-60%)!

EDIT: sale has ended
Time Loader --- Still at -80% discount, but the base price dropped in the meantime (i.e. 80% of $10 is better than 80% of $15).

You brought up an excellent point, solseb! I think in my head, it was clear when I created this thread that we'd be hunting for new lowest store prices, but you made me realize that I was indeed not clear about that. xD I wish I could edit my thread's title, but I don't think that I can. Instead, I will edit my first post to make this more obvious. Thanks for pointing this out to me! ;)

The Swords of Ditto: Mormo's Curse is on sale (80% off). This is the all-time highest discount with the previous record being 70% off.

Alba: A Wildlife Adventure is on sale at a new lowest store price at 75% off (4.89$ CAD)

Past highest discount was at -70% off (5.89$ CAD).
