I'm specifically wanting older patches for Trails of Cold Steel 1 & 2, because there are mods I want to use that specifically need v1.5 of the first game, and v1.3.1 of the second game. Is there any way to get those versions?

if you write a detailed and pleasant support ticket then they may provide them. no promises though.

galaxy does have a "rollback" feature but not using it i have no idea how far that may work for you.

Contacting support about it might be worth a shot, there were past instances where access to otherwise not publically available offline installers had been granted.
