Upper right corner -> Account -> Order & Settings -> from the left menus -> Account and Locale -> and in the center a little below Avatar -> button Change

You can change your avatar under Account -> Account & Locale. See attachment.

Yes. You have to type in your account credentials to change your avatar. But i see you figured it out already :)

And for the record. leon30 explained the same thing i did - just without a picture. He solved your question before i did...
