I just realized that there is a game I could vote for from this year. Commander Keen 4 and 5. It is not on the list but I remember it having some great tunes by Bobby Prince.

Are those really top tier in any sense though? Sond design is average at best, no MT-32 support and he's made better songs I think. Not that you can't vote for them (or rather one of them), just wondering why.
