well the do you even have phones meme is becoming even stronger now,

this app many youtubers have made videos on it and this company AXS is known for spyware levels of data sharing and selling, the app has access to your first name, last name, address, email address, gps location,ip adddress, wifi and also system settings also heard it stores payment info aswell and sends this data to loads of 3rd party advertisers, and also your phone number itself and a hell of alot more information.

what do you think aobut this app and how it is a huge invasion of privacy,

the thing that still bothers me is why cant blizzard just make there own app and make you sign in with that, luckily i only buy the virtual ticket

With so many rules/regs on conduct lately I wonder why(beyond being fans) people still go to the big cons.

Also Hivemind/Ninjad
I am amazed there own in house app does not have the ability for doing this, well lets see how fans deal with this. I'm sure there will be a massive amount that will not care about any of what you mentioned but maybe 10 or 20% of people will skip it due to this.

wait for it to blow up later on news sites if it really is that bad.
Their target audience is not the older fans, definitely younger kids with phones that have their parents' credit cards on them or something like that.
EZ money baby.

I did more research into this app and it seems to take more information than what the NSA does lol. I'm amazed that this is even legal, this much information scrapping should be illegal in this day and age.

Seems that show venues like live concerts use this app for tickets now which makes this even more insane.

Quite obvious Blizzard has gone to the deep end. Taken over by Activision.

I wouldn't trust anything about them right now, not with how they've been acting.

I think this OP has a better introduction to it all, spelling it out vs letting a Youtube video say it. I just wanted to put it out there, since i didn't see anyone else have it yet.

Maybe they're trying to manipulate/kill the brand? I dunno.

The vid is a good bit of info, though(even if TheQuartering can be irritating/cringey sometimes).
You think you care but you don't !
I wonder if Redshirt guy is gonna make another appearance and humiliate Blizz again on their own turf.

I think they are trying to milk as much as they can for free before the company collapses, or see if they can be a mobile company instead and put almost no energy into games and reap billions of dollars. (like candy crush). Because as wallets, we should be worshiping them and giving them our money endlessly.

I'm sure there's more videos on the topic, TheQuartering came up on my list a few hours ago and got my attention on it. I'm sure YongYea has it too...

Nope, not yet (but he will soon enough), seeing more on the terrible Sonic trailer reveal.
