I bought every Fallout on GOG.com during the weekend and have learned that the downloadable soundtracks, wallpapers, avatars and stuff that were available for the original GOG download is now gone.
Missing folders as follows for Fallout 2 as example:
fallout_2_artworks
fallout_2_avatars
fallout_2_manual
fallout_2_refcard
fallout_2_soundtrack WHY WAS THIS NOT PART OF MY PURCHASE!!!!
Fallout_Bible_gog
fallout_pipboys_avatars
fallout_series_wallpaper

Love you guys at GOG for all you do. But please give us back these goodies, especially the soundtrack.
You will need to contact Bethesda Zenimax for that stuff.

The Original releases were by Interplay when they held the IP rights to Fallout and they included all the bonuses, those were removed when Bethesda acquired the series and then they released there versions which they decided not to include any extras, GOG can`t include items the publisher does not want to add.
Can you confirm whether it is censored like this claims https://www.nma-fallout.com/threads/is-the-restoration-project-needed-to-play-fallout-2.214602/#post-4260878

GOG WOULD BRING THEM BACK IF THEY LEGALLY COULD :P Like wolfsite suggested, it's up to Bethesda/Zenimax.

I still have them on my Classic Fallout 2 page though. I guess the only recommendation is to look for them elsewhere, since you own the game and it's in a very, very bad form not to include the manual. All games should have the manual, esp. older games where it was often mandatory to read them, or they included extra background story/info.
I'd love to see the goodies come back too. There's a program called acm2wav that you can use to convert the game's acm music files to wav files but I don't know if you can find it anywhere anymore.

Don't get me wrong, I would like the full set of extras as well, but your comment about manuals is misplaced. The manual and refcard are installed with the game, and the manual is additionally provided as an extra for both games (+ refcard for 2).
The soundtracks for 1/2 were released by the composer for free iirc, pretty sure there's a mirror on nma.

The OP said they don't have the manual, that's why I commented like that. If it gets installed with the game, then that's better.

Fallout Classic 2 has all of the goodies, so it looks like it only affects newer purchases, since I see all of them in my account (I redeemed both years ago).

Shcookius:
You can get them here if you still want them.

Due to licensing issues (most likely) GOG can't officially offer them, but nothing stops users from sharing all the goodies, excluding the game itself of course :D

PS: There's more here from the old CD (I think I still have that CD somewhere):

EDIT: Changed to mega instead so files could be downloaded individually.
