It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Once u think u found a nice game and you click on it to read the more in depth discription. Then when you click "back" to return to the list -on which you aplied different filters and are on a certain page- to discover that all has been reset and your back to page 1.

This makes the browsing experience realy chorous having to set every filter again and hopping thru the pages to get back where you left off.

Is there a fix for this?

I usually open store links in a new tab in my browser to avoid problems like what you've just mentioned.
Click on the middle button of your mouse (if it has a wheel, it is usually clickable. Lacking a middle button, clicking on the left and right button simultaneously does the same. This will open a link in either a new window or a new tab depending on broswer and its settings.

About the main problem that the shop's website is awful, you can install some add-ons that improve the experience. I forgot their names now :-/

Why are you using the back button like a caveman?

The addons that Themken mentioned are likely the Barefoot and Adalia essentials.
I'm using the back button 'like a caveman' too (thank you Darvond :p) but I don't have that problem. Just to check I set two filters (under 15$; single-player), was on page three, and clicked on a game. Returned to where I left.

I use the Opera browser, if that has anything to do with it.
I think he's using Galaxy. There's no right-click or middle-click in Galaxy and no tabs. Just the back/forward button, and this makes it really annoying, as the OP said, when returning to a search only to find it's been reset.
