I created username accidentally, I was angry, cause I lost my previous account. Should I change username?

You can ask support for their opinion. Hopefully you will manage to get your account back but after more than two and a half years I guess that is getting unlikely.

They probably won't ban you, but they might ask you to choose a new username.
