So I got another copy of Shadowrun Returns, due to 'pre-ordering' BattleTech, is there somehow an option to gift it, since I already have it?

GOG usually provides some way to give away extras. I don't know about this particular case, but a good place to look would be your Orders History and see if there's a "NOT YET REDEEMED" code in there for Shadowrun Returns

As the game page says, if you already own Shadowrun contact support to get a gift code for the bonus copy that comes with BattleTech
