Nope, except for the Witcher I and II, i think. The only other way to add games you already own on Steam here is by using the GOG Connect function, which allows selected titles to be imported - for a limited amount of time (during sales usually) - theres no way to predict which games are eligible though, so i wouldn't really count on it...
