I want to play a game (Shadow tactics; blades of the shogun) but I don't know if my laptop can handle it.
Also a question for the future; where to look/how to know what game(s) my laptop can('t) handle. Is there like a website that you can check?

You have a laptop without dedicated graphics (Nvidia/ATI); just forget about playing fancy modern 3D games.

I7-6500U is dual core with HT. Integrated graphics HD 520 is okay mostly for older games.
