I am using chrome on a newly set up PC with windows 10, skylake and DDR4 and am trying to download empire earth 2 of GOG but every time the download finishes, I get this error "Your computer is doing too many things right now. Try again later."
I have already done other downloads of different programs and they worked fine.

Edit: I am now attempting to download it using microsoft edge instead of chrome.
