I purchased Darkest Dungeon yesterday and I cannot find it anywhere. Neither in my browser nor the galaxy client.
What is the deal with this? Do people think its normal to buy a game in 2020 and put up with shit like this?
Anyways, support is not getting back at me in order to help me with so anyone has any suggestions?

You could try account refresh. Legend says it helped somebody a long time ago.

Other than that you'll probably have to wait for Support response. You did receive an automatic reply when you created your ticket, right?

Edit: Damnit, I'm checking forum and can't find if it's https://www.gog.com/account/refresh or https://www.gog.com/user/refresh after all

Did you buy it from GOG? Or from some third party key reseller... G2A, kinguin.

Nono I bought it from gog.com. It shows up in my orders too, the only place where it shows as "not redeemed yet". ;/

Well, the only time I have seen the “not redeemed yet” is when you have brought a key. This could be because you already own it, or in this case you brought the game as a gift. Have you checked your email to see if you have an email with a key in there? Possibly in spam? Sounds like you brought as a gift, so not added to your account. If so, take the key, head to the redeem page and put the key in to add to your account. If not, something has gone wrong and support will need to look at it. To note, things occasionally happen, that’s life, no need to get angry, they will sort it for you.

Looks to me like you bought the game as a gift. Check your orders to see if the Darkest Dungeon one has a giftcode number. (See an example at the link below).

Turns out this was the case. I had sent both the witcher enhanced edition which I already ownedo a friend AND Darkest Dungeon.
Yes you are absolutely right about no need in getting angry but I had already spent a lot of time trying to figure this out and thus my patience ran out.
But as a quick sidenote, I could not complete my order if I did not gift The witcher to somebody. The proceed to pay button was grayed out until I selected to gift the witcher which in return sent both games.
All in all my bad and thank you for taking the time to reply everybody.
