my browser doesnt work anymore so i can only use galaxy, cant download a browser cos my current one is broke and jsut doesnt laod up.

so please GOG can you refund star wars the force unleashed ultimate sith edition and brothers in arms earned in blood and credit it to my wallet please the games wouldnt even start star wars crashed 2 mins into the game and brothers in arms just starts up with a black screen. these 2 games are the latest games i have bought on my account so pelase refund to wallet thanks :)

In any case, you'll have to work with Support first to see if you can get the games running. You can also try PMing Firek because of your special circumstance. Main thing is to be patient.

How can a browser be broken? Also, even if - simply install another one. Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi - there's enough options.

GOG will not honor your refund request via the forums.
So, Fix your damn browser and if that fails, uninstall and reinstall.

If that doesn't work, and assuming you're on Windows, open powershell by pressing [Windows Key] + R, then type powershell and press enter.
Then type
Invoke-WebRequest https://download.mozilla.org/?product=firefox-latest-ssl&amp;os=win64&amp;lang=en-US -O firefox.exe
That should download the firefox installer. Run that, and you should have a working browser again.

However, browsers don't just magically "stop working", so chances are your system is massively infected by malware, or (best case) something got seriously corrupted in your OS, meaning that you're going to have to face a complete reinstall of your system very soon.

The same problem which is preventing your browser from starting, is probably also preventing these two games from running properly.
